Eric Lempel posted on the Sony Playstation blog about the unveiling of system software update v2.40. Obviously gaming is hot but I notice that outside Apple announcements gaming is 2nd in engagement. I’ve observed that all the top gaming blogs have the most comments. This isn’t really a surprise but if you look at what I call the ‘rabid factor’ – gaming is right up there. Gamers are the ultimate online demo/pychographic.
My son is all about the xBox but he is not happy with how Microsoft is always charging for services especially the Live service. Sony has been really gearing up with some new products to make their playstation broader. xBox seems to be pigeonholed in one segment – male.
